At eflorist we offer 3 different types of delivery methods. The more traditional florist delivery, delivery from our courier service and convenient delivery from Royal Mail.

Florist Delivery

Our florist delivery is the more traditional flower delivery method where a highly skilled florist local to the recipient will hand deliver the arrangement for guaranteed delivery service. This way you can rest easy that the flowers will be delivered with care and will be the freshest stems straight from the florist’s shop. Satisfaction assured and guaranteed smiles. If you have any questions about your order please speak to one of our trained customer service agents who are more than willing to help. Even it is something as simple as checking the delivery or you would like to specify a flower type. With this range we have the option to speak to the florist who is handling the order and assuming its not too late then we can kindly ask that the arrangement is made to a specification, but we have to be quick as the florist’s are very hard working and during busy periods will be doing multiple deliveries. Courier Delivery

The courier delivery method for flowers is becoming more popular in recent years. It comes with the added benefit of tracked delivery and more importantly confirmation of delivery, assuming you haven’t already received a phone call thanking you for the kind gesture. Unlike the florist delivery items these will be what you see and there is no option to swap flowers. Once you have received the tracking code then head over to our couriers tracking page and find out where it is. Royal Mail Delivery

Another great service we have to offer are our flowers which are delivered by Royal Mail, straight through your recipients letterbox. This is a non-tracked service however the majority of the range are small enough to fit through the recipients letterbox, so delivery is made 94% of the time within 1-2 days. The flowers are carefully packed in a box no bigger than a letterbox and wrapped in tissue so all is left is to arrange them in a small vase. Each order comes with a card message in the box.
