How It Works

Place your order with Eflorist.

If you spot the same bouquet at a lower price from another UK florist, submit a claim with our customer service team within 24 hours.

Once we’ve checked and approved your claim, we’ll add £5 credit to your account for your next purchase with us.
What Qualifies for the Price Match

The bouquet must be similar in size, stem count, and any extras included.

The competitor must be a UK-based, VAT-registered florist.

The comparison must include the total cost (product + delivery).

The competitor must have the bouquet in stock and available for delivery to the same postcode on the same date.

Excludes vouchers, promotions, subscriptions, and clearance items.

One claim per order.
How to Submit a Claim

Provide a link or screenshot showing the lower price.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
Your £5 Credit

Our customer service team will review your claim, and we will send you a unique discount code, to redeem within 24 hours of approval.

Credit applies to your next order and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
