We know that as an online business we are extremely lucky to still be operating and able to send flowers at a time when we all need small gestures to maintain contact with our loved ones.
We’ve made a few changes to the way we operate and are continuing to listen carefully to advice from the government, as well as Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. We’re incredibly grateful for your ongoing support through this challenging time.
Together we’ve donated over £369,000 to NHS Charities Together urgent COVID-19 appeal. Help us raise even more for this important cause by visiting our JustGiving page here.
Everyone on the front line has been working around the clock, caring for COVID-19 patients, making sure our country is safe, and that we’ve all been getting the essential supplies we need. They truly deserve all the support they can get at this time, which is why we’re incredibly thankful for your ongoing support which has meant we can contribute to this charity.
You might notice a few differences in how your flowers are delivered at this time. Our couriers are now operating contactless deliveries, which means your bouquet will not need signing for by the recipient and will be left safely on the doorstep or in a safe place.
As the delivery network is very busy, we’re unable to guarantee delivery dates. This means that there is a chance that your bouquet may be delivered a couple of days later than expected.
We know that flowers aren’t an essential item, but we also know how important the feeling of remaining connected to loved ones is. That’s why we’ve worked hard with our suppliers and couriers to ensure we can continue to safely deliver flowers.
One big part that is helping us to operate safely is reducing the availability of our bouquets, we’ve chosen our most popular flowers for you to send to your loved ones. You can find our range of bouquets available with contactless delivery here.
