COVID 19: CONTACTLESS DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS

COVID-19 Updates

We know that as an online business we are extremely lucky to still be operating and able to send flowers at a time when we all need small gestures to maintain contact with our loved ones.

We’ve made a few changes to the way we operate and are continuing to listen carefully to advice from the government, as well as Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. We’re incredibly grateful for your ongoing support through this challenging time.

Donating To NHS Charities Together

The people on the front line are working around the clock caring for COVID-19 patients, making sure our country is safe and we are all getting the care we need during this pandemic.

They truly deserve all of the support they can get for their incredible hard work and dedication during the most trying of times. That’s why we have chosen to donate £1 from every order placed on Eflorist to the NHS Charities Together Urgent Appeal. Find out more about this charity and donate to our JustGiving page here.

40% Off For NHS Workers

Delivery Information

You might notice a few differences in how your flowers are delivered at this time. Our couriers are now operating contactless deliveries, which means your bouquet will not need signing for by the recipient and will be left safely on the doorstep or in a safe place.

The delivery network is quite busy at the moment, so we’re unable to guarantee delivery dates. This means that there is a chance that your bouquet may be delivered a couple of days later than expected.

Send Flowers Safely Online

We know that flowers aren’t an essential item, but we also know how important the feeling of remaining connected to loved ones is. That’s why we’ve worked hard with our suppliers and couriers to ensure we can continue to safely deliver flowers.

One big part that is helping us to operate safely is reducing the availability of our bouquets, we’ve chosen our most popular flowers for you to send to your loved ones. You can find our range of bouquets available with contactless delivery here.
