At eFlorist we offer a seven day freshness on all our Florist, Courier and Postal delivered items. We used local and internationally sourced flowers for all out bouquets and only use the highest standard.
We understand that we are dealing with a live product and although every care is taken when creating your gift, on rare occasions stems can lose freshness sooner than expected. When this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated staff in our UK call centre and we will be more than happy to make amends.
All that we ask is that you provide a picture to us within the seven day guarantee. We require a picture to ascertain the problem and to feedback this information to our local florists and suppliers to ensure this does not happen again.
Once we have received this picture our customer service team will contact you directly to discuss your account.
